I dont even know what this mod or code does. Why dont you describe it, and then I would have to choose from 1 to 5 stars:?

It's literally a script that makes a specific steam id "superadmin". Nothing more, nothing less.

sorry what does this code do it says something like superadmin in it??

It checks for a Steam ID and gives the player a superadmin tag I guess.

A really nice and new way to have users download files! Hope this works

Oh .. I always wanted to learn how to program in Lua, but due to lack of time I always have to resort to the help of coders.

Why dont you improve it by getting players rank and checking table meanwhile making another table containing the tag the user wants. Its solid code but looks little like all the other chattag addons :D
