My mouse works badly in cs go. Yesterday everything was fine, I stopped today, and here when I move the mouse, it moves to games after 3 seconds.

Try uninstaslling then reinstalling your mouse driver, that should fix it.

Seems like you might have some input lag. Are you using any mouse acceleration settings?
You could always reset your config.cfg and autoexec.cfg and see if it was a bugged setting. If it's only CSGO I would assume the issue is within there.

Go and verify your game files in steam, and see if that works. It wouldn't accept keyboard input for me once and that fixed it for me

maybe try tunring on raw input? sometimes it works for me! (and disable mouse accel)
