Yeah He bought it back in the 1990's ish. He put in like $50k usd and now he is a billionaire

No. Bitcoin is the currency for deepweb. Deep web was avaliable back then for the army. Bitcoin was under a different name then but its still the same crypto. It only went public at the timedate you speak of.
