I want to have a dropdown alerts like here on nbb. I know Aoki have a custom plugin but I'm looking for myalerts template or tips how to.

I want to have a dropdown alerts like here on nbb. I know Aoki have a custom plugin but I'm looking for myalerts template or tips how to.
