MyBB preinstalled plugins?

Hi is there some sort of MyBB that comes preinstalled with plugins? since NulledBB runs MyBB what type of plugins are they using I am in awe with how good the community looks and would be very much interested in learning and building my own similar to NulledBB it looks beautiful
