Plugin description:
Allows an administrator/usergroup to mark users as "testimonial requested" (button available on profile page). The next time these users login, they will be requested to submit a testimonial (rating+text). The user can skip this if he wants. The testimonial page (req_test.php) can also be filled in at any time by linking to this page.
