[Mybb_Help] Can't log in.

Hello guys, so i downloaded sirius theme v2 or whatever it called, i uploaded it, than shit starts to happen.
1st issue : if you log out you can't log in again.
2nd issue : can't view /memberlist.php link (page)
i used a diffrent theme, everything work fine.. idk what to do, tried couple things but nothing changes..
