Yea actually i found few NSFW Addons around the internet, most shared from some random sites with alot of ads and some from youtuber named "Daniel McGamer" he showcased some of them and provided links to get them if i remember correctly
Since a lot of official and even unofficial websites about Garry's Mod are down already, it will be hard to find these, yet there are some website that provide a decent amount of Addons that have been leakes or found. (Like Nulled) However, these websites are usually really hard to find and maybe even private, I suggest looking for Discord servers that share these.
