Nulled means there's no need for a license, however no one has yet to respond to my question if this is working properly or not. My initial testing fails upon both upgrading and clean installation. Hoping someone else that is testing would respond here as well.

The best is PHP7.2

MySQL 5.6 or newer / mariadb 10.0 or newer

And use redis
