Idk if I went to the right directory to install but it doesn't work. I went to (url)/forum/admin/install/index.php

Will I need to have this installed on a server or can I test it on my home server?

You can install it on XAMPP, WAMPP, etc.

how can i download this? i'm a new member here and i really need to have this kind of forums for my project :(
