It works fine for me (using this version myself) do you have any logs please check if you are ussing the correct version of PHP or send me a screenshot if the requirments screen when your installing the IPB

Great contribution, I do not have much experience with IPB, it seems more modern and has more beautiful themes, but I believe that phpbb is still the preference of many.
