I want to know how can I add nav bar in my Forum

Current Theme : Bit Leaks Light Theme

its easy as mhm > Just make a text > then keep its background any colour you want then > Border-top : #hex;
Remember to add margin and width .
Then edit it as you like :v

HE asked how to make that bar :v in question and i said that. I didnt said how to make menu :v

I did the same for my forum (not exactly) but coded it myself without any source code leak from here. Learn coding & you won't need help by shits
