Need Help with player UI on my DarkRp Server

I'm currently developing a darkrp server but I'm having an issue with the PlayerUI. I'm trying to make it look like the picture attached below, however, I'm having issues with shadowing the text and making it bob down with the player. So if the player crouches, it goes down with it. Is anyone able to provide code for the shadowing and bobbing down issues? Thanks.
