Need PayPal refund

Got 'kinda' scammed (embarrassing) for $70 it was an account i paid for, which got banned a few days after the payment.. seller ignores me can proof that too

Total amount $70 sent the payment as a donation on his website

Damn man that sucks! Hopefully you get this sorted out.

Can you just call Paypal and tell them this? I did, and they understood and refunded me
