I need help SEing to make a profit rather than just refunding items. I'm down with using the whole "empty box" excuse but from there I don't know how to advance. Any tips or specific guides?

Never arrived excuse works just as well. In fact, it's better because there is lesser chance that you'll receive some angry mailman at home.

Tell them your local mailman wasnt informed of the package. Works for me.

I usually just say I was out of town when the package arrived, and I never got it.
