Need help with build on Kai'sa

Can someone tell me the best build on Kai'sa? I have one but i'm not sure that is it the best.

There are a few viable builds, Ill give you what seem to be the most consistent AD and AP builds, and they both use Hail of Blades with Taste of Blood, Eyeball Collection, and Ravenous Hunter with Biscuits and Boots secondary.
