Do you guys think that you need the best computer to play a Triple A game because my friends say that is not the case. They say a 400 dollar gaming pc can run most Triple A games just fine? What are your thoughts on this?

400 in what currency? I think 400's on the low side, I'd go up more. It could probably play most triple A games, but at low settings is the catch there. If I were you I'd future proof as much as you can instead of cheaping out.

depends what game specifically you want to play. how new is the AAA game? what kind of monitor will you be playing it on? it sounds like you dont know a lot about PCs so i would STRONGLY advise you to learn more about graphics cards, cpus, motherboards, ram, storage, power supplies, and monitors before you spend a ton of money on anything. youtube videos are very helpful from linus tech tips or gamersnexus

you can find cheap amd components with avarge spec, dont try to buy a notebook or prebuilded pc cuz you will spend much more money on it.

That would of been true like 4 years ago. Nowadays $1000 is the sweet spot
