New Mortal Kombat?

I saw the trailer Im curious to see whats going on in this movie.

I will probably watch it because of Scorpion.

I loved the movie, don't know anything about the games. The script was pretty well done for an hour and 40 minute movie

I read that movie sucks, however the trailer was very promising. Will watch it for sure

the plot was a bit iffy, however, the gore and fighting really made up for it

To me it was kind of a disappointment. Too hastily with trying to tell a story that never really unfolds. The characters were nothing special and everything they did was predictable.

Hmm ... I'm skeptical about this, if I want to plunge into this story, I better go back to the old Mortal Kombat 1995 or go through the series of games from 9-11 parts
