New PC

Just finished Building New PC Smile (Total Price : $1450 Approx)

Specifications:

Intel 3.4 GHz LGA i7 4930K 4th Generation Processor : $ 580

Seagate Enterprise Capacity 6 TB Hard Drive : $400

MSI NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 : $380

Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB RAM : $70

Now My Pocket is empty :(

I dunno why you bought a premium CPU and not the best graphics card, I would buy an i5 and a 980 ti instead of your setup. But well well.

Imo, he did the right thing. Because you will eventually want to change your GFX card in a year or two. Like now DX12 is coming, and ...

So buying a good processor is btter choice than to go for the best GFX card.

also, on both cards any game should give almost equal fps.

Ehm no... First off, 980 TI works with DX12, DX12 is made to make the cpu usage less, aka games will be less cpu demanding. Second 980 TI performs well above 970... It was just an example. You never know when an even more powerful GPU comes out and all of a sudden your current one can't run shit. :glasses:

I will probally buy all theese and fly with them to egypt, since my current pc is pretty heavy and the fucking airport doesn't allow more than 25kg :cry:

Also, which Motherboard are you using?
