New Player!

I havent played this game ever, can anyone give me a brief idea of what is it about?

sandbox game where you can mine every block and use them in different crafting recipes to craft new blocks/items to use. you can build anything you want

Never played it before, but watched couple of youtubes couple of year ago, when deciding whether I want to try it out. Gota say that now when I'm doing second attempt, this looks almost like different game (excluding square blocks which didnt change :D)
