New and getting into all this.

Hey community!
I want to start off by saying i have almost no experience cracking accounts at all, but really want to learn. I know the very basics, but have yet managed to properly do anything. I've searched for updated tutorials and such, and haven't made much success. I'd really love to learn to do all this stuff, so i can share with the community. Does anyone know of an up to date tutorial or guide to getting into this stuff? I know the basics like how you use keywords to make dorks that let you find exploitable sites, which is where you get the accounts from. But honestly my dorks suck. I don't know how to do it properly. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
