you'll just have to keep playing, it'll get frustrating but if you feel like you understand the mechanics maybe try faceit

Try playing with bots to improve your skill. It will help you learn the game and the recoil. The CS community is extremely toxic.

I have about 40 hours on CSGO, and decided to try competitive today. The problem is is that I keep getting kicked from my matches. Mid game my team decides to kick me and they say i'm awful. This has happened 2/3 matches I've joined. Last game I had 16 kills and 24 deaths, then got kicked because the guy on my team called me trash. I try my hardest and know what to do on CT and T side but I keep getting kicked for being a noob. Why is the community so hostile towards newbies? It make me feel awful and not want to play anymore
As others suggest, try looking for a group or even just another person to duo queue. Try and watch videos on utility on different maps, and use workshop maps to improve aiming and spray control. I recommend uLLeticaL's map's, specifically "Aim Botz" and "Recoil Master". Other than those suggestions, the only way to get better is to play more. Good luck in trying to make it through matchmaking.

Just keep practicing. You will get better and maybe one day you get to be the person who is kicking people  or not. Up to you.

That happens all the time, typical CSGO community, I'd suggest match-making with friends.
If you perform too good in a random lobby, they will try to kick you, and they will do the same if you're doing really well.

Try playing community competetive instead, you'll get the hang of it better for the real show

Competitive is exactly what it is called, people don't like to lose matches because it ruins their elo and ranking. When people feel that someone on their team is bringing them down, they will kick you because they believe they can get more use out of a bot. I'd recommend playing more casual and unranked matches to work on your gamesense and other skills, and then next time you play competitive, you will be a lot more reliable, and teams would be willing to keep you. Also, if you're playing for free or have a low trust factor, you might run into a lot of griefers who try to kick people for fun.

I suggest playing faceit even if you're a noob simply because of the hackers.
