Newbie Question

Where to start if you want to start playing it?
Are there any important things that you should know in advance?

I'd say start playing for fun--play 5 games to get a feel for the game and how it works.

Then, look up some beginner introductory videos.

There are some good series / guides that teach you different aspects of the game. Just watch videos, pick up skills slowly. Play games with the intent to understand/practice those.

Most importantly--try to play with friends!

Watch twitch streamers play it and some youtube tutorials, get the basics

Always ward, watch high elo stream because you gonna see staff that you never learn from low elo games, and thats gonna make change in your playstyle and you gonna get higher rank
