Newpoints Rewards Display Posts Needed (Changes with posts)

I found this somewhere else, thought it was a better implementation of the rewards plugin.

Basically if you need 20 posts and made 5 it'll say "You require 15 posts for this reward"

You can easily change them for when they're claimed and claimable. Have fun
