Normal Server vs Modpack Server

It really depends on how casual the players are and what the group is looking for. I've had a good experience with both.

they have been supporting the game for many years
without them it would be boring to play

Servers are more fun with mods now, people got rid of playing the vanilla game since. So i prefer a modded server now

Servers are more exicting and fun with mod, vanilla is boring as nothing much is different.

Although, I do think the recent updates have made vanilla better.

Modpack server's can be more fun since you can do a lot more on those then on a normal server
