North Korea: Donald Trump is 'begging for nuclear war'

Well it looks like the future will be jus like Homefront

I am not too worried about this, we could easily wipe him out if China would get on North Korea's bad side also.

Don't be too nervous friend, the Chief Executive (the president) doesn't have the power to declare war. Only Congress can send troops, launch missles, or declare war without permission - the President must first go through congress to put any of these acts into action.
