Hello everyone!
I've been hanging around in the "Call Of Duty" section for a while now and after yet another nostalgic post asking which of the CODs was your favorite I decided to merge my comments in one place.

As some of you unfortunately know some Call Of Duty (like Black Ops 2) are no longer playable on PS3 (and I believe also on XBOX, but I am waiting for confirmation since I don't have the console) due to the cheaters equipped with mod menus ready to restore your rank and freeze your PS3 ..
Unfortunately, the scenario is also repeated on other CoDs that have been abandoned in favor of the more recent ones, such as MW2, BO1, Ghosts, etc.

What if I told you that there are PC versions that offer an (almost) completely cheater-free experience? :D
Well ... yes! Here are some examples:
  • Plutonium T6:A FREE remastered version of Black Ops 2 for PC that offers:

    - Server list (to be able to choose exactly which community server to join, FFA? Trickshot? Deathmatch? There's something for everyone!)

    - Dedicated servers (your server => your rules)

    - Customizable (support for various types of MODs)
    - Cheater free experience
  • IW5, MW3 modified by the same developers of Plutonium
  • IW6X,GHOSTSmodified, private servers and many features not present in the original game, but it requires a legitimate copy of Ghosts to play (I can't confirm it because I don't own it, but I could be wrong).
-Open Source, made and maintained byXLabsProject.
  • IW4X, MW2modified by the same developers of XLabsProject.
If you are really interested and don't want to answer just for the 15 posts I recommend before downloading anything, be a little wary and look at the following official links:

Plutonium T6 &IW5
IW6X &IW4X

For any questions I am available for clarification, thanks for reading! :]
