Not really a leak but looking for a software that can convert text to speech

can't find one thats free. prefer to dont have a limit of words. i need it for a video so maybe also able to use as commercial? dont know if this is a problem.

pirate, these is plethora of good tts softwares. Even 15 years ago I was able to find good fluid voices. Nobody will know what tts you used if commercial use is problem
