So then it would only be for new PC players, as most people would have already transferred any accounts. The game has been out for months.

So then it would only be for new PC players, as most people would have already transferred any accounts. The game has been out for months.

That is correct and that's why most just make a new account(if they want more money or rank plus other cool things)
