I've decided to go with both. There are a number of people who want survival, but still want to play factions.

Yes, they will gain exclusive features that do not violate the EULA. Player names will correspond to forum name color. Cosmetics are going to be a big part in funding the server since I want to be EULA compliant without stepping on any legal toes.

What do you mean with eula?
