NVIDIA would be the best choice buddy. Smile I had an Amd graphic card but it was for me slow.

5700XT has pretty solid price to performance, however if raytracing is important to you, then go with an RTX card 100%

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, this is gunna make me sad lmao

honestly not alot of games even support raytacing yet and the ones that do barely make a visual difference despite the hype. honestly the most raytraced game out there is minecraft at the moment but its raytracing doesnt even use RTX cores. Games that do use RTX cores, still relatively suffer the same preformance loss when turning RTX on whether or not they have RTX cores, so honestly Nvidia's new RTX series is kind of pointless at the moment for raytracing unless you have all the money in the world to spend on a 2080ti. With Nvidia, youre honestly just paying for the software support of RTX, without much preformance gain despite its RTX cores.

AMD on the other hand, they make well priced cards, however AMD has a problem too, alot of their cards have really shitty drivers (such as my 5700 XT anniversary edition) and im always running into problems with minor artifact in certain games, or grass rendering in one of my games (space engineers) crashing my entire driver, making me loose video and forcing me to restart my pc unless grass is turned off, or some games freezing when put into fullscreened mode...

so really, the choice is yours, but honestly, i think nvidia and amd both have bad sides, pick your poison i guess...

AMD has bad stability for some of its products, while nvidia is just far overpriced...
