This adds an OAuth2 server to your IPS Community Suite 4 installation. This allows external applications to authenticate and authorize against your IPS4 membership.
Administrators looking to integrate external applications with their IPS4 site via OAuth2 can register those applications with the IPS4 Admin Control Panel (ACP).
Permissions can be set to allow only certain specific user groups to use the OAuth gateway.

Note: For IPS 4.1.13 and older, use v1.0.1. For IPS 4.1.14 and newer, use v1.2.0 (or the latest version).

Note that versions v1.2.0 and up are not backwards compatible with IPS 4.1.13 and below. For older IPS releases, please continue to use v1.0.1.
New in v1.4.1:

Support for IPS v4.2.x and above
Allow disabling the global template on the authorization page (may be useful if your global template is busy, full of ads, etc.)
Banned users and spammers can no longer use the OAuth integration.
