Not soon, since the story is big enough to keep going for years more, and thats whats good about one piece, each character has it's own story that equals a 24ep anime.

Probably never, They do 5 episodes for every battle, it's a bit normal.

Meh, maybe in 2020 - 21 idk. The anime will end with more than 1K episodes since the episode 500 was the 50%, the 800 was the 80% and so....
