Obtaining sv_hooks.lua files?

Hello, I have recently dumped a gmod HL2RP server however the sv_hooks.lua file is missing from all the plugins.

I assume sv means server? If so, is there anyway obtain the servesided files from gmod? I need the sv_hooks to run the script properly.

getting serverside files without having access to the server's console or files is impossible.
