Official League Forum is closing

The official League board is closing March 16. +
its a sad day but anyone know why they close it?
They want to use more discord and reddit and so on....thats dumb in my opinion...
what do you think about?

I feel like moving on to reddit is a better choice since you can have access to all kinds of forums with one account.

Imagine if it was coded within the game. As in having the forums on another tab of the game client. Could of been interesting since people would of actually used it.
