Offshore Website Hosting

So who would be interested in off-shore website hosting if I were to offer it. Probably be hosted in Russia.

I'd possibly depending on pricing and terms.

Just legitimate information needing to be provided as well as pretty much anything goes. It'd be DMCA ignored and you would be able to host whatever. For an unlimited package it'd probably be 15 a month.
