Old Music is better?

I prefer newer songs. I'm not after the newest ones every year, it's just that the most of my favorite songs are not older than 5 years. (Well, about 5 years, I actually don't have any idea when some of my favorite songs came out)

My opinion, old songs are much better. But, there are some (very few) new songs which are not bad too. It all depends on the genre!

It depends on what you say is "old". I like my 1950's to 1980's stuff. I also like the early 00's bands such as Oasis and The Killers. The only modern band that I like would be "Twin peaks" check them out!

You should listen to people like the beegees and freddie jackson and like other people. You would love what they call ''oldies music'' Personally though as Ive gotten older and hear people like Kodack Black, A$AP and SLUMP GOD and other shit I learned to love that music more so than old music

Well I'd say it's not 'better' but 'different'. The reason is the compressors used in the 80's were real annalog compressors but today we use virtual compressors (Vst) so... Not rendering the same result !

I listen to almost all kinds of music old and new, just don't like metal.
