On a scale of 1-10 ,how strict where your parents?

Honestly, I'm still growing up, so I'm just going to rate my parents now, they are about an 8/10. The reason why I rate them an 8 because I remember being a little boy like 5-10 I would get my butt spanked with a belt for some of the dumbest things tbh. One time in kindergarten I took all my teacher's stickers and got sent to the principal's office. He called my parents complaining (btw the principal ended up being a petafile who liked boys):disgusting:But I would get my butt spanked for being awnry or mischievous. I never did anything like EXTREME to be considered "troubled" I mean hell, I've messed up and did some bonehead shit not gonna lie.

Typical punishments for my parents to dish out are Sentences and Taking away Electronics
~Most sentences I had to do where 2,000 took me a total of 16 hours~

Honestly the punishments I get even at the age of almost 15 are really babyish and kiddie like if you asked me, I'm scared about getting a permit because if I f*ck that up then I screwed.


How strict are/where your parents on a scale of 1-10?

actually I would say if 10 is very strict then its a 4, they are more chill than strict..

On a scale from 1-10 I think a 2 because my parent's are pretty chill most of the time unless we annoy them.

My parents have been very liberal, at the strictness scale I would say 2. I do thing children have to be treated as adults and if you give them the chance they can make well-informed decisions.

Mines didn't let me go to halloween trick or treating after I was 13 now I am able to return back to treat or treating they said games were too violent they hated me for playing GTA V but was silent in GTA IV game play they really hated gore and I gotten real tired of being boss around

I would say 5. They want me to think. Guess im happy

hmmm that's a tough one to decide. hard to tell where the "strict" ends and the flat out abuse starts. maybe an 9 or more? like they had to have control of all of my online info at all times and would just barge in and look through my history, email ect and accuse me of random bs all the time. They even printed out pages of my diary and left it lying around with circled and highlighted notes.
I wasn't allowed to have sleep overs or anything like that either and i had to hide my music from them because even stuff like Britney Spears was a sure ticket to punishment.
oh yeah, and we were not even allowed to say words like "jerk" or "oh my god." Or they would flip out.

Same as the above. My parents where extremely abusive. It was less about controlling me. They just wanted someone to to let their anger out. So a 10 I guess.

My mom used to whoop my ass with anything she finds. I remember getting so mad loosing at a game while my dad laughed me. The frustration was so intensified I lashed out and said FU! to him. Never again did I repeat that word. All I know is I woke up on the bed with my brothers putting a napkin of alcohol on my face to wake me up. Bloody nose, and a numb body. Yep, she beat my ass so good. I remember it 25 years later.
