Online video editing platforms

Does anyone know any good online video editing platforms (i.e. you dont have to download it to your computer)?

just gota free one like hitfilm 4 (its free but u gfotta download it)

Doesn't YouTube provide this now, it's pretty shitty but it works, no?

Yeah they do but its pretty bad. I still use Vegas pro. The YouTube editing has gotten better though over time.
