Well, so far the microtransaction is not helping someone like 100% of the game. Like other words pay2win (Battlefront 2).

The good microtransaction that I see is the cases from cs:go. They don't give you more skills if you get a skin.

I see microtransactions being useful as a way to maintain revenue from people playing your game after they've purchased it. But I believe it shouldn't be used for things to get an advantage within the game

If the microtransactions provide any sort of edge in the game against other players, or makes the gameplay easier then I hate it. But if its for purely cosmetics then I usually don't mind. CSGO for instance.

what do you mean by micro transcation? is it in game currencys? why is it dumb for you?

I mean some games overuse it, like most of ea's game. micro transactions for dlc's and actual content to the game is fine, only if its not too much.

Well i think it matters how much they take influence on the game. EA just did it very very wrong. Riot does a good job.

I think it depends on the game, for games like PokemonGo it makes sense and doesnt hinder the ability to play. As long as u can earn the currency in-game as well, its not a problem. however when you make it pay 2 play or pay 2 win then I hate it

depending on the amount of transactions that are required to be at "peak performance" (things that aren't cosmetics) can really turn me away, even just a few ways to get ahead of those without paying usually ticks me off
