Organisation system

It's an addon to the organization. With NPS, you can create your own organization for money or come out of an existing one.
The command to call up the organization menu is - !orgmenu
In it you can manage the organization:
1. View the list of participants online
2. Watch or change motd
3. Create, change, and delete ranks
4. To put or withdraw money from the organization's account
5. Invite or expel players from the organization and much more
