I have not checked for backdoors, and multiple of these use RunString and some even have the exact same RunString contents, so it is likely those contain backdoors. These do appear to be lazily inserted so just deleting the RunString and scanning addons for similar bs should be sufficient, and you can see a basic explanation on how to do this in my post here
