it's Bulgarian tracker. I'm not sure that's a safe bet. But you're probably safer in Bulgaria than in a wealthier country.

I usually just use TPB if I want to torrent something.

I always use piratebay and no problems thus far.

If you've got an AV chances are you're good.

I dont think torrenting can be safe, but you can always take precautions
