PC Emulators

I personally use Dolphin, a GameCube emulator for my GC needs. DeSMuME for DS, SNESX for SNES, and VisualBoyAdvance for GB©(A). I don't play many other things. I was on a huge Pokemon spree for awhile there though.

I would recommend Nox or Bluestacks they are both pretty good
