PC Is dead island 2 coming out?

Hello, i was just wondering when IS dead island 2 actually coming out?
I've seen no more information or gameplay of it!
Does anyone know what's going on and why?

It'll come out... Eventually. Although I'm questioning the development process behind dead island 2 (it's been a while and the gameplay we've seen imo isn't very satisfying so far). I just hope it won't become another looter shooter where you gotta get crafting materials in order to upgrade your stuff etc.

i'm looking forward to dying light 2 that game looks dope ive sen a few trailers and it has a super interesting gamestyle. also love the dead island series it will come out eventually but when no-one knows
