This usually happens once a day, my PC will just black screen, then restart with no warning or anything.
This has been going on for about two months now and I'm sick of it.

Any suggestions to a fix?

Have you checked any logs? Updates? Getting to hot and powering down?

Where would I find the logs? My PC is updated, too.

Does your pc fan get loud at all before it powers down? If your on it does it give you any warnings or just shut off? I have had a pc fan go bad and it would power off from heat. I have also had a bad battery/ charger that would not charge all the way and it would power down and then power right back up if i turned it on.

Check event viewer. Most likely either you have loose cables or either your CPU or GPU is overheating.

This seems like your computer is protecting itself from a certain component over heating. I'm glad you finally decided to ask a question about this lmao, but 2 months of powering down due to high temperatures is pretty damaging to your computer. Do you have any software that tells you your computer temps? If you're feeling ballsy do a load test or GPU load test and see if it shuts down during.

Also can you give more details on the computer? How old is it and does your CPU have any thermal paste on it? Could be a bunch of other things by the way, but the way you describe it seems like an overheating issue.

Maybe one of your RAMs is faulty? Try removing one and see if it happens, if it still happens remove the other one.

It could be the PSU, that happened when mine was dying.
Download HWInfo or something similar and check the voltages

Could literally be anything. Check the components 1 by 1. Take 1 stick of ram out if you have multiple and run just that for a few hours. Then swap the ram. Then try using a different PSU if the problem continues. Just keep switching things out until you find the bad guy Smile
