Yes, upload it to any website hosting so the players can register trough the database.

Perp is ancient you may aswell recode your own perp.

You can find PERP Content everywhere online. Just use Google : P

Got all the content, however having issues with tmysql, wont detect it or anything, tried different versions and it's just like nope "we aren't gonna detect it mate"

You've got to find an old version of Tmysql. I've got some lying around but you can find them on Google or with older PERP releases.
