Removes RSS function.

Features:
-Removes RSS link in footer.
-Disables direct URL access to RSS.

Installation:
1. Download Andy-RemoveRSS-1.3.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveRSS directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
