Requirements
- MySQL database with external connection enabled. (Mysql) (Free Database)
- Any webserver (even a free one) with PHP and cURL extension installed (only needed for payment processing files).
- You must have a PayPal Premier or PayPal Business account.
- tmysql4 extension installed on the server (tmyqsl4)
