I saw a similar method on this forum before.

When you request a chargeback, wouldn't you want to spend the money first before the chargeback so you get the item and then get the money back?

You'd get the item and claim it didn't arrive, especially works without tracking #. I and for digital it's easier. I do it with g2a games. I even had a case with g2a where my key was legitimately not valid and the seller refused to issue me another key. PP favors their customers, especially older seasoned accounts.
