When you request a chargeback, wouldn't you want to spend the money first before the chargeback so you get the item and then get the money back?

RE: [PayPal #Security Flaw] 22-02-2019, 03:58 PM #3 You'd get the item and claim it didn't arrive, especially works without tracking #. I and for digital it's easier. I do it with g2a games. I even had a case with g2a where my key was legitimately not valid and the seller refused to issue me another key. PP favors their customers, especially older seasoned accounts.
